Spa Admission
Spa admission includes full use of the spa facilities, use of the outdoor mineral pools and two sessions of our signature spa experience the Taking Of The Waters. Our last check in time for spa admission is 90 minutes before closing. Not available as an a la carte purchase on weekends and holidays.

Due to high volumes on weekends and holidays, Spa Admission is only available with the purchase of a massage, facial or body treatment. Additionally, spa admission may not be available if facilities are filled to capacity. Please contact the spa before arriving to assure availability. To receive the maximum benefit of our spa treatments we highly recommend experiencing the Taking Of The Waters prior to the commencement of your services.

Should you prefer not to enjoy the facilities but would like to experience a spa treatment, you may do so without purchasing a spa admission. It is important to note that use of the steam, sauna, inhalation room, tranquility room, mineral baths, fitness facilities, Spa Cuisine lounge and hotel pools will not be available for use without the purchase of spa admission.

Check-In
Please check in at the Spa at least 30 minutes before any services. Our last check-in time is 1 hour and 30 minutes before closing.

Facilities
Our full service spa offers the ultimate in rejuvenation with steam rooms, saunas, aromatic inhalation rooms, private mineral baths, tranquility rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, dressing areas, spa cuisine lounge and our world famous mineral waters. For your comfort and convenience, we provide you with a robe, slippers and locker. We recommend that you leave all jewelry and valuables at home or in a safety deposit box at the main resort reception desk. Please be aware that our mineral waters may discolor some jewelry and may react with chemically treated hair.

General Information
All prices and treatments are subject to change.
Gratuities are not included. For the enjoyment of all guests, cell phones and pagers must be turned off while at the Spa. The Spa is a non-smoking facility. We recommend that you check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.

Age Requirements
Spa guests must be 18 years or older to use the spa facilities or to receive massage and body treatments. Facials and nail services are available to guests 16 years of age or older.

Reservations and Cancellations
For all appointments, please call (760) 778-1772 or toll free (888) 999-1995. Please schedule your spa reservations in advance to ensure availability of your requested times and services. If you must reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 4 hours in advance. All cancellations and appointment changes made within 4 hours of the first scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service. All "no shows" will be charged at full price.

Late Arrivals
Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next guest. Arriving 30 minutes before the commencement of your treatment is advised.

Health Conditions
If you have any of the following conditions, please inform your reservation agent prior to visiting the spa so that we may better guide you: pregnancy, mobility impairments, physical ailments, allergies, recent surgeries, high blood pressure or other medical concerns.

Services listed with the * symbol represent heat treatments and are not recommended for guests with heat sensitivity, heart conditions or pregnancy.
Please note that receiving treatments when ill (with cold or flu for example) may cause your symptoms to accelerate and, if contagious, may place our treatment staff in an unhealthy environment. If illness is detected, alternative treatments or rescheduling may be necessary.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the spa. For your health and safety, if intoxication is detected, rescheduling of services may occur.
